Registration fees are $200 each for adults ages 20+, $50 each for children ages 5-19, and $10 each for children ages 0-4 . 

Remit total amount due, partial payment, or a minimum $100 non-refundable deposit either through the payment button on the Passover page
on our website or IMMEDIATELY mail a check or money order made payable to MTOI and write "Pesach 2026 Reg" in the memo. Photo and Video Release Form

MTOI will be taking photographs and videos of activities and participants during the feast. If you do not wish to be in any of the photographs or videos, please complete a form at check-in or at the office and submit to the on-site Leadership Team. We will do our best to respect your wishes, however, it is your responsibility to be aware of the cameras and to do your best not to position yourself or children in their frame when possible. Your consent is assumed, based on the foregoing information unless otherwise communicated directly to the on-site Leadership Team in writing.

Upon consent, you authorize MTOI to use your picture, including photographic, motion picture and electronic video images and/or your voice as captured and included in sound and video recordings. If you do not desire your voice to be used, do not take the microphone, or participate in video interviews. If you have any minor children, you authorize MTOI to use pictures of your minor child(ren), including photographic, motion picture, and electronic video images and/or their voice as captured and included in in sound and video recordings.

You grant to MTOI the right to use, publish, and reproduce, for all purposes, pictures of you in film or electronics (video) form, sound and video recordings of your voice, and printed and electronic copy of the information in any and all media, including the same for your minor child(ren), without limitation, cable and broadcast television and the internet, and for exhibition, distribution, promotion, advertising, sale, press conferences, meetings, hearings, educational conferences and in brochures and other print media. This permission extends to all languages, media, formats, and markets now known or hereafter devised. This permission shall continue forever unless you revoke the permission in wiring to MTOI.

You further grant MTOI all right, title, and interest that you may have in all finished pictures, negatives, reproductions, and copies of the original print, and further grant the right to give, sell , transfer, and exhibit the print in copies or facsimiles thereof, for marketing, communications, or advertising purposes, as MTOI deems fit.

You waive the right to receive any payment from MTOI to use any of the material described above for any of the purposes described in this form. You also waive any right to inspect or approve finished photographs, audio, video, multimedia, or advertising recordings and copy or printed matter or computer-generated scanned image and other electronic media possibly used in conjunction therewith or to approve the eventual use that it might be applied.

The safety of your children is forefront I the creation of all marketing materials. Creative license used to manipulate all captured media with safety in mind. This may include the use of group photos, blurring techniques, softening filters, etc. Should any of the children be wearing any identifying material, such as name tags, customized or personalized clothing, every effort will be made to remove the identifying material to ensure that the name of the child(ren) does not become public knowledge.
